Start-up Beatdown

The Start-Up Beatdown

Back when I was young and innocent (ie — stupid), I had a job at a start-up children’s ‘edutainment’ company.  This job sucked out my soul.  When I left, I decided to write about my experiences.  These writings became a book, which I call The Start-Up Beatdown.  Everything in these stories, from my being falsely accused of being a rapist to nearly dying of heat stroke in a car, to dealing with an actual murderer is true.  Only the names have changed to protect the innocent (ie — me, in court, from a litigious lunatic).

Now, I know it’s gauche to complain about former jobs, but if you read a few chapters and see what I went through, I hope you can excuse my venting.

Enjoy my personal hell!
